Harvest · Large Shallow Salad Bowl

€49,00

Nourishment through grains, care for everyone at the table.

A 25.6 cm, 2 litre bowl for cooked grains, pulses and vegetables to share. The walls gather ingredients, while the broad opening makes room for adding, mixing and serving.

OrienX starts with the Suwen's emphasis on nourishing grains and complementary foods to prepare a dish for family dinners or visiting friends. Récolte brings that care into a shared meal: ordinary ingredients thoughtfully prepared, with everyone taking a share according to their needs.

Food traditions and this piece

Nourishing grains, from yourself to the shared table

In Zangqi Fashi Lun, the Suwen gives grains and the combination of foods a role in replenishing essence and supporting qi. In that traditional understanding, food nourishes what constitutes the body and sustains its vital functions over the course of ordinary meals. OrienX develops this thinking at the scale of a shared plant-based dish: attention to everyday nourishment also becomes care for the people we live and eat with.

One grain and pulse dish, prepared for sharing

Cook barley and chickpeas separately, roast carrots and squash, then add chopped herbs and seasoning. Grains form the starchy base, pulses contribute plant protein, and vegetables bring colour and texture; adjust quantities to the people and other dishes at the table. Récolte's 2 litre body holds a more generous preparation, with a 25.6 cm opening for serving. Sand beige leaves the meal at the centre of attention. Use it alone for a family dish, or with Épi for individual portions: everyday nourishment gains a place in shared life.
